Give £500 →Tim Abeyie is a former Team GB sprinter who competed at World and European Championship level. After retiring from competition, he returned to Yorkshire and founded Speed For Sport as a charity first, because he believed every young person, regardless of background or income, deserves access to the same coaching that shaped him.
Today, Speed For Sport runs sessions across two venues, Leeds and Keighley, coaching athletes aged 6–18. From primary school children taking their first steps in sprinting to teenagers pushing for county and national competition.
"I grew up in a community where sport was the way out, but not everyone could afford the coaching, the kit or the travel. Speed For Sport exists to close that gap."
Every pound goes directly to coaching young people who couldn't otherwise access it — 100% to athletes.
